• Due to the nature of these items we do not accept returns or exchanges, however each item is packed in a gift box, secured with packing wrap, inside shipping box with extra packing materials to ensure safe delivery.
• Please contact us within **30 days** with any concerns so that we can promptly resolve any issue as quickly as possible for you.

💎 CRYSTALS / SPECIMEN
• We are proud to offer ethically souced and carefully selected crystals / specimens. All items undergo thorough quality inspection and spiritual cleansing before listed as well as before transit to you.
• Please note natural crystals / specimens may have naturally occurring druzy, nicks, inclusions, growth lines, cracks, rough patches or small holes. Although polished, this is natural. Just like us, natural crystals / specimens are perfectly imperfect.
• Trade Names & Mineralogical Classifications •
We identify and label the crystals / specimens that we offer as accurately as possible with transparency and integrity. There are many trade names on the market, we do our very best to keep our items labeled clearly, offering both trade names and mineralogical classifications when applicable. However, if you see something that we have missed please bring it to our attention so we can quickly have it addressed and corrected
• Stabilization •
Stabilization is a common, often necessary, crystal / specimen treatment that protects the structural integrity of porous or fragile materials. An industry practice widely used to prevent cracking and crumbling during the polishing process. This process allows for structural reinforcement, preservation, and protection against environmental damage. This process does not alter chemical or structural composition, nor does it alter the value of the crystal / specimen. Without this practice many crystals / specimens would not have the ability to be collected, preserved, or displayed.
• Color & Heat Treatments •
Some crystals / specimens may be color enhanced or heat treated. These treatments will be disclosed in the item description for the specific listing when applicable. These treatments are believed to affect the aesthetic appearance of the crystal / specimen and not the metaphysical properties of the item. Metaphysical properties are based on spiritual belief and personal experience. Our stock of items with color or heat treatments is minimal but we gladly accept special requests
